13. The entity is expected to comply

To design, develop and assist in the implementation of the website for individual or business in accordance with the terms set forth in this agreement. Therefore, the parties agree to take into account their respective agreements or contracts set forth herein, as described herein.

14. Payment terms.

Upon full payment, the website design, software and coding (excluding any Client Content) in connection with the website created by the developer ("Developer Materials") are subject to a contract signed unless otherwise agreed.

A web design contract is a social document that describes a legally binding agreement between a designer and his client. It defines the business relationship between the parties and describes the project scope, pricing, deliverables, timelines and other pre-agreed items related to the project.

15. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms will be governed only by Canadian substantive law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, unless handled amicably between the parties, shall be referred to the relevant court in Alberta, Canada, and determined in accordance with Canadian procedural law. You agree that any dispute resolution proceeding governed by the previous clause will be handled only on an individual basis rather than as a plaintiff or class member in any putative class, consolidated, or representative action or proceeding. No court or other conflict resolution body has the power to consolidate or join more than one claim or to preside over any type of consolidated, representative, or class proceeding. Any remedy granted cannot affect SirDre.com's other clients.
