The refund policy is designed to provide a fair and efficient process for our customers. If you are not satisfied with the services provided by sirdre.com, we will do everything we can to resolve the issue.
However, if we are unable to resolve the issue, we offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- If we are unable to deliver the services within the agreed-upon timeframe, you are entitled to a full refund.
- If the services delivered do not match the specifications agreed upon in the contract, you are entitled to a full refund.
- If there is a material defect in the services delivered, you are entitled to a full refund.
- If you wish to cancel the contract prior to the completion of the services, we will refund any payments made on a pro-rated basis.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receipt of the refund request.
Please note that any disputes or issues must be reported to us within 14 days of the delivery of the services. We will not be able to process refunds for disputes or issues reported after this time period.
It is also noted that for any customized or complex projects, we might have some stages or milestone payments, and in case of cancellation from the client side, only the completed stages payments will be refundable.
